The Bundesdruckerei has a main entrance, the
South entrance, and a secondary entrance, which is the North entrance.
The considered hotel is closer to the North entrance, approximately in
10 minutes walking distance. The North entrance has the address:
The Berlin map extract attached show the location of
the Bundesdruckerei, marked by a red circle. The two attached pdfs show
the closest subway station and the way from the Novotel to the North
entrance of the Bundesdruckerei. That way is just a 10 minutes walk.
Due
to
quite
strong
security requirements (our company is producing not
only e.g. passports but also EUR money !!) you have to provide your passport and to show your laptop at the
reception of the Bundesdruckerei. Also you will be asked whether you
carry a mobile phone with built-in camera with you. Should you so, you
have to save it into a box in the reception area. Better is therefore
to take an older phone with you.
The
meeting
room
will
be provided with an wireless internet access
throughout the five meetings days.
Hopefully
most
of
you
have already booked your hotel room in the Novotel, as
noted in my e-mail in mid March. However, it should still be possible
to get a hotel room there. The information regarding the hotel is:
