WG8 N 1902 = TF2 N 747 - Calling Notice for the 38th meeting of WG8/TF2 on 2012-09-24/25 and of the 52nd meeting of WG8 on 2012-09-26/28, held in New Orleans, U.S.A.

Dear members of WG8 and WG8/TF2,

the next TF2 and WG8 face-to-face meetings will take place in New Orleans, U.S.A. from 24th to 28th of September 2012.

The TF2 meeting will start at 10 a.m. on the 24th of September 2012. On all remaining meeting days the TF2 and WG8 meetings will start at 9 a.m.

The TF2 and WG8 meetings will be organised in conjunction with several further WG meetings and the SC17 Plenary. For all those the host has provided a general registration form, see attached, which you please fill in and send it to the two addressees clearly indicated on the first page of the registration form, i.e. to Ms. Peacock and Ms. Ryan. Also further information like for accomodation and transportation is contained in the attached file.

Please note that the registration deadline is 31st of August 2012!

WG8 Secretary Andreas Lamm will establish a "voting booth" so that you please register in addition to the above described registration for your attendance at the TF2 and/or WG8 meeting. Further details will be provided by Andreas in due time.

The agendas of the TF2 and WG8 meetings will be sent out by July 2012.
